They apply without prejudice to the specific conditions applicable to professional entities, commercial services, campaigns, plans or particular features.

NumaPet is a digital information and contact platform related to the animal world. It does not directly provide the veterinary, adoption, training, event organisation or other professional services published by third parties, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users must use NumaPet lawfully, responsibly and respectfully. Published information may come from entities, users, public sources or NumaPet's editorial work, and must be verified directly with the relevant entity whenever it is relevant to making a decision.
These conditions are complemented by the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Editorial Policy for Unclaimed Informational Listings and, where applicable, the conditions applicable to professional entities or commercial services.

Purpose, scope and acceptance
These conditions govern access to, browsing of and use of NumaPet by visitors and users, as well as any features that may be enabled to create accounts, save favourites, send requests, contact entities, consult content, take part in forms or use other platform tools.
Accessing and browsing the website implies acceptance of the rules of use applicable to the visitor. Where a feature requires registration, submission of information, contracting or express acceptance, NumaPet may request acceptance via a checkbox, button, form or other equivalent mechanism and retain reasonable technical evidence of that acceptance.
If a person acts on behalf of a clinic, shelter, rescue organisation, trainer, organiser, company or other professional entity, the Professional Entity Conditions and Content Use Licence also apply. Plans, featured placements, campaigns and paid services are governed by their specific Commercial Conditions.

Nature of NumaPet
NumaPet is a digital platform for information, visibility, dissemination and contact related to animal welfare, adoption, shelters and rescue organisations, veterinary clinics and professionals, training, events, guides, educational content and other services or entities linked to the animal sector.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, NumaPet does not directly provide veterinary, clinical, adoption, fostering, custody, training, event organisation, transport, ticketing, insurance, veterinary product or other professional services published by third parties. The actual provision of those services corresponds exclusively to the entity or professional offering them.
Publishing a listing, event, course, animal, guide, advertisement or content does not in itself imply recommendation, certification, sponsorship, quality guarantee, collaboration or official validation by NumaPet.

Registration and user accounts
Where NumaPet allows accounts to be created, users must provide truthful, up-to-date and sufficient information for the account to work and keep their access credentials confidential.
Users must not create fake accounts, impersonate identities or use third-party data without authorisation.
Credentials are personal and must not be shared in ways that compromise account security.
Users must inform NumaPet of any unauthorised access or relevant security incident they detect.
NumaPet may request reasonable verifications where there are indications of fraud, impersonation, abuse or use contrary to these conditions.
Users may request the closure of their account through the available channels. Closure will not prevent the retention of certain records for the periods necessary to comply with legal obligations, evidence acceptances, manage incidents, prevent abuse or defend rights.

Minors and capacity to use the platform
Use of NumaPet by minors is subject to the applicable rules on capacity, representation and consent. Where a feature involves processing minors' personal data or creating an account, the requirements of data protection legislation must be met and, where appropriate, their legal representatives must intervene.
Users must not publish or send personal data, images, health information or other content relating to minors without the corresponding legal basis, consent or authorisation.

General rules of use
Users undertake to use NumaPet diligently, lawfully and in accordance with good faith, animal welfare, these conditions and applicable regulations.
- Not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading purposes or purposes harmful to third-party rights.
- Not to publish, send or disseminate false, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, unlawful information or information contrary to animal welfare.
- Not to introduce malware, carry out attacks, overload systems, circumvent security controls or interfere with the operation of NumaPet.
- Not to use bots, scraping, mass extraction, systematic copying or automated mechanisms to reuse NumaPet's databases, listings, content or structure without authorisation where such activity exceeds the uses permitted by law.
- Not to use the platform to harass, threaten, impersonate, improperly obtain third-party data or send unsolicited communications.
- Not to artificially manipulate reviews, metrics, favourites, forms, clicks, rankings, requests, ratings or visibility systems.

Directories, listings and third-party information
NumaPet may publish basic listings built from factual, public data, as well as listings claimed, validated or expanded by their owners or representatives. Unclaimed listings are informational in nature and do not necessarily imply a commercial relationship with the entity published.
Information on opening hours, services, availability, emergencies, adoptions, animals, events, courses, prices, locations, accreditations or other circumstances may change. Users must verify any relevant information directly with the corresponding entity before making decisions or travelling.
Entities may request correction, updating, claiming, expansion or removal of their listings through the channels made available by NumaPet.

Contact, adoption and information requests
NumaPet may provide forms, buttons or links so that users can contact shelters, clinics, trainers, organisers or other entities. When a user sends a request, the necessary data may be communicated to the recipient entity in order to handle that request, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
NumaPet does not guarantee that an entity will reply, accept a request or have places, animals, appointments, services or availability. The final conditions of any adoption, appointment, service, enrolment, booking, contract or relationship are established directly between the user and the corresponding entity.
In veterinary emergencies or situations of risk to an animal, users must contact a veterinary professional, emergency service or competent authority directly. NumaPet must not be used as a substitute for urgent care.

Favourites, saved items and personal tools
NumaPet may allow listings, animals, events, guides or other content to be saved as favourites or in personal lists. These features are auxiliary and do not guarantee that saved content will remain available, up to date or published indefinitely.
The removal, modification or unpublishing of a listing or content may affect the user's favourites or saved references.

User-contributed content
If NumaPet enables comments, reviews, images, documents, public messages or other user-contributed content, whoever publishes it is responsible for ensuring it is lawful, truthful and respectful of third-party rights.
Users must hold the necessary rights, permissions and authorisations over any text, photograph, video, image, trademark, document or material they contribute. Third-party personal data, images of identifiable persons, minors' data or sensitive information must not be published without a valid basis.
To enable the platform to function, users grant NumaPet a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, technically reproducing, displaying, adapting to format, moderating and communicating the content within NumaPet while it remains published, without transferring ownership to the user or to NumaPet.
NumaPet may remove, hide, block or request clarifications about content where there are reasonable doubts about rights, privacy, legality, accuracy, animal welfare, safety or compliance with these conditions.

Reviews, ratings and moderation
If NumaPet enables reviews, ratings or comments, it may apply criteria of authenticity, relevance, moderation, conflict of interest and quality. It is not permitted to publish false reviews, misleadingly incentivised reviews, manipulated reviews, reviews published on behalf of third parties or reviews intended to artificially alter an entity's reputation or ranking.
A review or content may be removed where there are indications of falsity, abuse, undeclared conflict of interest, offensive language, personal data, defamation, unlawful content or breach of the platform rules.

Third-party trademarks, logos and content
Company names, trade names, trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs of third parties that may appear on NumaPet belong to their respective owners. Their appearance serves an identifying, descriptive or informational purpose and does not imply sponsorship, recommendation, endorsement, collaboration or commercial relationship, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Protected logos, photographs, posters and other graphic materials are published where there is authorisation, licence or a sufficient legal basis for their use. Owners or their authorised representatives may request correction, updating, replacement or removal of content through the channels made available by NumaPet.

Use of artificial intelligence and automated tools
NumaPet may use artificial intelligence or automation systems and tools to support tasks such as classification, organisation, search, translation, summarisation, draft generation, image processing, error detection, initial moderation, quality control or the creation and adaptation of content.
Where NumaPet assumes editorial responsibility for content, it will seek to apply appropriate human review and editorial control before publication. Where applicable legislation requires disclosure that content has been generated or manipulated using artificial intelligence, NumaPet will provide that information clearly and distinguishably.
Automated tools will not be used to take decisions with legal effects or similarly significant effects on users without applying the safeguards and information required by applicable legislation.

Guides, advice and informational content
The guides, articles, advice and educational content published on NumaPet are general and informational in nature. They do not constitute diagnosis, prescription, veterinary treatment, or individualised legal, health, administrative or professional advice.
In the event of symptoms, emergencies, doubts about animal health or welfare, medication, therapeutic diets, clinical procedures or other relevant decisions, users must consult a qualified veterinary professional directly.
Where a guide has been reviewed by a veterinary professional, NumaPet may state so expressly. The absence of such a statement must not be interpreted as veterinary review.

NumaPet may include links to websites, social networks, forms, maps, payment gateways, registration platforms or other third-party services. NumaPet does not permanently control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy policies, cookies, conditions or actions.
The inclusion of an external link does not imply recommendation, sponsorship, collaboration or approval of its content, unless expressly stated.

NumaPet intellectual and industrial property
NumaPet® and its logo are registered trademarks owned by NUMAPET, S.L. NumaPet's own content, design, structure, classification, software, databases, texts, graphic elements and other platform materials are protected by intellectual property, industrial property and database legislation.
The reproduction, reuse, systematic extraction, distribution, public communication, transformation or unauthorised exploitation of NumaPet's own content is prohibited, except in the cases permitted by law or with prior written authorisation from NUMAPET, S.L.

Availability, changes and continuity
NumaPet will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform operational, secure and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, compatibility with all devices, permanent operation of third-party services or indefinite retention of all features.
NumaPet may modify, expand, replace, limit or withdraw features, categories, content, interfaces, sorting criteria, modules, forms or tools where necessary for technical, legal, editorial, security or service improvement reasons.

Moderation, suspension and blocking
NumaPet may apply proportionate measures where it detects breaches, risks to third parties, fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, technical abuse, infringement of rights, false information or conduct contrary to animal welfare.
Measures may include warnings, requests for clarification, correction, content removal, temporary limitation of features, reduced visibility, suspension or account closure, without prejudice to other legally available actions.
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, NumaPet may inform the user of the measure adopted and of the channels available to raise an incident or request a review.

The processing of personal data carried out through NumaPet is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy and by the preferences configured by the user where consent is required.
Users should consult both documents to learn about the applicable purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, rights and mechanisms for configuring or withdrawing consent.

Communications
NumaPet may send communications necessary to manage accounts, security, requests, incidents, relevant changes, requested services or compliance with legal obligations.
Electronic commercial communications will only be sent where a valid legal basis exists and will offer simple mechanisms to object or unsubscribe where appropriate.

Exclusion and limitation of liability
NumaPet does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness or permanent updating of information originating from third parties or public sources, without prejudice to its reasonable efforts to correct, update or remove information where appropriate.
NumaPet will not be a party to the agreements, decisions, adoptions, appointments, contracts, bookings, donations, enrolments, veterinary services, training activities, events or relationships that may be established between users and entities on the basis of the platform's information or tools.
NumaPet will not be liable for damage arising from third-party actions, external content, incorrect information provided by an entity or user, decisions taken without verifying relevant information, misuse of the platform or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable legislation.

Correction, removal, rights and incidents
Users and entities may report errors, request corrections, raise incidents, notify illegal content, report infringements of rights or request content removal through the forms or channels made available by NumaPet or by writing to info@numapet.com.
NumaPet may request reasonable information or evidence of identity, representation or ownership where necessary to prevent fraudulent requests, protect third-party rights or correctly process a request.

Relationship with other legal documents
These General Terms of Use are interpreted together with the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Editorial Policy for Unclaimed Informational Listings.
Where a professional entity claims, validates or manages a listing, publishes content or uses professional features, the Professional Entity Conditions and Content Use Licence also apply. Plans, featured placements, campaigns, add-ons and commercial services are governed by the corresponding Commercial Conditions.
In the event of a contradiction between these general conditions and specific conditions validly accepted for a particular feature or service, the specific conditions prevail in respect of that service, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules.

Changes to these conditions
NumaPet may update these conditions to adapt them to regulatory, technical, operational, editorial or functional changes. The version in force is the one published on the platform at any given time.
Where a change is relevant for registered users and materially affects their relationship with NumaPet, the platform may communicate it by reasonable means and, where necessary, request renewed acceptance.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law and by the applicable European legislation.
Disputes will be settled by the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under applicable legislation. In relations with consumers and users, the legally applicable forum will be respected in all cases.
